Excellent friendly staff who deserve special mention for excellent customer service, gave a few recommendations. I ate at an excellent restaurant with a Michelin rated chef. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was luxurious. The location in a quite new area was great and amazing and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. I checked out Bagno Maurizio, that was set just a short walk away from the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel in Viareggio. The interior decor is stunning and exudes luxury. The rooftop pool offers a breathtaking view of the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, with separate living spaces and bedrooms, as well as two TVs. The hotel even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Sparking Wine as a welcome gift. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. a truly delightful experience.

Breakfast was good. The pool is quite nice and makes fun even at low outside temperatures heated to 36 ° C. But also no attention for details.

Many details are not correct. The classic rooms were a disappointment and did not match the pictures. The decor in the room was very thin and careless. For example, mattress smaller than bed base. , Price-performance is not right.

We were traveling with our little dog and were very friendly received by the staff. We had a large apartment with sea view on the 4th floor, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also for us as a vegetarian was at breakfast a lot of choice, there was even soy and rice milk!

Our little dog was unfortunately not allowed in the breakfast room, although enough space would be available, so that no one feels disturbed.

the hotel was gorgeous and the staff was efficient, it had wonderful location on the promenade overlooking the sea. the room was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the sea.

The room was almost as loud as a train station hall. Room on the 5th floor near the roof pool. Pool area was rented for a wedding party. The whole night the full continuous sound. It had nothing to do with holidays. At least we were assigned to another room on the 2nd day.
